She helped generate valuable MSME leads and improved rapidly despite being new to telecalling. Her eagerness to learn and her consistency made her stand out.

Varsha, a chemical engineering student pursuing her master’s, was one of the earliest members here. She supported the foundation from its initial stages, contributing to foundational data, research templates, and documentation. Hemalatha, an engineering student from Tiruppur, first connected with us through our event Hack4Purpose. She was so moved by the initiative’s mission to support students that she expressed a strong desire to be part of the team. From there, she voluntarily joined as an intern, contributing to scientific research, outreach, and technical tasks. Despite juggling college, tuition classes, and other projects, she remained deeply committed and consistently delivered high quality work.

Dedicated from the beginning, Samvarthika worked with us for nearly a year. She handled data collection thoroughly and consistently, working more than five hours daily while also preparing for competitive exams. Her motivation stemmed from both a desire to gain knowledge and financial independence. Her long-term commitment and balanced approach made her an invaluable asset to the team.

Mansi, a research intern selected through Internshala, joined the foundation while managing her third-year college studies. Rikshita, a bright 12th grade student from Tripura, joined DPurpose Foundation during her summer holidays. She took charge of content writing and social media strategy research, contributing to the foundation’s digital branding and positioning. Despite her young age, she showed remarkable maturity and dedication, choosing to spend her free time building skills and giving back to a cause she believed in.

Divya Sri, a third-year biotech student, interned with us for 6-8 months and focused on research related to waste management and new product development. Shourya joined DPurpose Foundation as a volunteer by choice, opting out of a paid internship just to support the cause. Sharmili, from Karnataka, was one of our most trustworthy and dedicated telecalling interns, working with us for almost a year. Fluent in Hindi, English, and Kannada, she handled outreach efforts across regions, often making up to 100 calls a day. Her discipline, commitment, and ability to meet deadlines consistently made her a central pillar of our outreach efforts.

Alifiya joined us through Internshala after a successful interview and trial process. Despite juggling multiple responsibilities, she always found time to contribute, often working late into the night to complete data collection tasks. Her dedication stemmed from a desire to support her family and gain independence. Even after her internship period, she remained a reliable on-call contributor, always willing to lend a helping hand.

Ariba’s performance during the trial period was so impressive that she seamlessly transitioned into an internship with us.
