The voice that gave us clarity when everything seemed uncertain, Saravanan. At a time when our funding plans were shaky and doubts were clouding our vision, he stepped in with honesty, empathy, and belief. He didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear, he gave us the reality check we needed, and in doing so, he gave us the strength to see beyond short term struggles. Beyond guiding us, Saravanan is also a passionate naturalist, Assistant Vice President leading Climate & Sustainability at the renowned Kumaraguru College of Technology, and Founder of Canopy Nature Academy bringing nature education to children.

Saravanan had this rare way of blending practicality with encouragement. He reminded us to think bigger, to look at the longer picture, and not get trapped in quick fixes that would burn us out. Every conversation with him turned roadblocks into stepping stones, and his advice helped us shift from unsustainable funding models to building stronger, lasting relationships.
But it wasn’t just about strategy, it was about the heart. In moments of doubt, he listened. In moments of confusion, he anchored us. His words came when we needed them most, sparking new confidence and reminding us why we had started this journey in the first place.
Because of him, we carry not just lessons, but a mindset, a way of turning setbacks into opportunities and challenges into growth. His grounded wisdom and unwavering optimism have left a lasting mark on our journey. We have immense respect for his time and words, which continue to guide us forward. For being the truth teller, the motivator, and the quiet force behind our resilience, we are endlessly grateful. Thank you, Saravanan.
