The one and only soul who has been with us from the very start, Palaniyappan. We first met at an event where a shared passion for uplifting tier 2, 3, and 4 talent brought us together. His humble, down to earth nature and relentless drive to “do something better” made him stand out. Even before The DPurpose Foundation officially began, Palaniyappan believed deeply in our mission and immediately asked, “What can I do?” Then he backed his words with real, impactful action.

Palaniyappan was the first sponsor for the Hack4Purpose event, turning our idea into reality. When funding crises arose after the event, he stepped in to ensure interns and team members were paid, keeping morale high and the team focused. His unwavering financial support pulled us through the toughest moments, allowing us to keep moving forward.
He stood by us through countless late night calls and meetings, even past midnight over chai, helping rethink and reshape the NGO’s future. When self doubt and mental strain set in, Palaniyappan helped craft a sustainable path, ensuring long term impact instead of just survival. Using his agricultural expertise, he personally mentored Hack4Purpose winners, offering technical guidance and direction to help sharpen and grow their ideas.
