Some bonds don’t end with college, they only grow stronger. For us, that person has always been Mrs. Anuradha Dhanasekaran. Back then, she was the professor who stood out; cool, practical, full of energy, and always pushing us to research, speak our minds, and step out of our comfort zone. Every Teacher’s Day, a first wish to her followed by her instant response speaks volumes on who she is, a heart that always makes time for her students and supporting their future.
The right space can transform an initiative into a movement.
When we wanted to bring the DPurpose Foundation event back to our college, a true homecoming, she became the backbone of it all. From getting us a subsidized venue to upgrading it to a bigger hall when we outgrew the space, from arranging hostel stays to helping us build a crucial collaboration with E-Yuva, she made sure everything was possible. She even mobilized her own team to handle all the formalities, so we could focus on building the event itself.
What mattered most wasn’t just what she did, but how she did it. With her busy schedule, she still sat through long planning sessions, guiding us patiently and reassuring us with one line that we held on to: “What you need will be done.” On the event day, even though she couldn’t attend in person, she stayed connected through group chats, following every single update, living each moment with us.

Her support turned challenges into opportunities and made our dream of giving back to our college a reality. More than a professor, more than a mentor, she became family. For standing with us, for believing in us, and for making this journey hers as much as ours, thank you, mam. We carry your strength and care with us, always.
