Uday was our steady anchor in a moment of crisis when our first website, created to showcase Tier 2,3,4 student talent, crashed after just a month, losing over 1,500 applications and crucial data. Acting with patience and empathy, he put our mission above all else, stepping in to help immediately without hesitation.

Technology should simplify opportunity not stand in its way.

Instead of pushing costly fixes, Uday recommended a simple, customized online form solution, even offering it at a discounted rate. Working closely with student interns and our team, he burned the midnight oil to design, test, and deploy the new system in under a week, quickly restoring our ability to collect applications.

Uday’s dedication went beyond launch; he monitored the system 24/7, identifying and fixing a critical capacity issue at 1:00 AM on the registration deadline. His proactive support ensured no data was lost and all submissions were processed smoothly.
