As the visionary behind our organization, Desika plays a pivotal role in shaping our mission and long-term strategies. Her leadership ensures that every initiative aligns with the NGO’s core values and goals. She drives strategy and ideation, establishes standard operating procedures (SOPs), generates leads and expands networks, manages stakeholder relations, and makes key decisions to ensure the overall growth and impact of the organization.
Background
With over 7 years of experience in sustainability, Desika brings deep expertise in waste-to-value projects, environmental compliance, corporate sustainability reporting, R&D, and technology transfer of eco-friendly products and processes.
Her Purpose
She firmly believes that talent is a gift and it is our responsibility to use it for the greater good. Her vision is to live with honesty and leave behind a legacy that continues to touch and uplift lives.
Her “Thing”
A self-proclaimed series addict (even on repeat mode), she calls it her only “vice.” She’s also crazy about small chubby soft toys and has an unshakable sweet tooth.
